Compliance & SHE Manager

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to labor laws, environmental regulations, and other industry-specific standards.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on compliance-related issues, and work with management to develop and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, and that appropriate controls are in place to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives to improve SHE performance.
• Maintain and update compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and ensure that our organization remains compliant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance and SHE management, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, environmental regulations, and other industry-specific standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel as required to conduct audits and inspections.
