📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live streams on TikTok, engaging with viewers in real-time to create a dynamic and interactive experience.
• Create and curate engaging content, including scripts, visuals, and interactive elements, tailored to our audience's preferences.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop and implement live streaming strategies that drive engagement and growth.
• Monitor and analyze live stream performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and digital content creation.
• Build and maintain a strong personal brand as a creative host and content creator.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions.
• Ensure all live streams are conducted in accordance with SOP Media Indonesia's guidelines and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a host or content creator in the live streaming or digital content space, preferably on TikTok.
