City Direct Mandiri is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and excellent organizational skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of their routes, schedules, and any specific instructions or requirements.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.,Handle any issues or emergencies related to the fleet, such as vehicle breakdowns or accidents, and coordinate with the appropriate parties to resolve them.,Work closely with the operations team to ensure that the fleet is meeting the needs of the business and that all transportation services are running smoothly.,Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management and implement any relevant improvements or changes.,Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of the fleet and any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
