Food Sky Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Majalengka. As an Outlet Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
• Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure they deliver excellent service.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to implement new products, services, and initiatives.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels and efficient restocking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Knowledge of inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
