PT Cempaka Maritim is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and leading a team of IT support staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to users and departments, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.,Lead and mentor a team of IT support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the IT department.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services.,Provide training and support to new employees to ensure they are familiar with our IT systems and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Experience in leading and mentoring a team of IT support staff.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance requirements.,Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices is a plus.
