📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy.,Ensure the accurate and safe dispensing of medications.,Oversee the work of junior pharmacists and provide guidance and support.,Maintain accurate records of all pharmacy transactions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of pharmacy policies.,Provide advice and guidance to employees on medication-related issues.,Ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked and that all medications are within their expiry dates.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in managing a team.,Familiarity with pharmacy management software.🛠️ Keahlian
