📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage procurement processes from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests to ensure adequate stock levels.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of purchased goods and services.,Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
