Code One Mandiri is seeking a talented and passionate Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our company's growth and success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and manuals.,Identify training needs and design customized learning solutions.,Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with managers and HR to align training initiatives with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in creating and delivering training programs.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
