📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure that training programs align with business objectives.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in their work.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the development of new hires and provide onboarding training to ensure they are ready to contribute to the team.,Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and technologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
