Duta Sari Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Sales Counter to join our team. As an Assistant Sales Counter, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with excellent service and ensuring they have a pleasant experience. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and wants to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide them with information about our products and services.,Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales counter.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints.,Work closely with the sales team to meet daily targets and goals.,Assist in stock management and restocking the counter as needed.,Promote our products and services to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of basic computer skills.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to learn and adapt to new products and services.,Basic knowledge of coffee and café products is a plus.
