📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Team Leader in managing and developing the team.
  • Ensure that team goals and objectives are met.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback.
  • Delegate tasks and monitor progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of team performance.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Support the Team Leader in any other duties as required.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
  • Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
