As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquets, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of banquets, including setting up tables, decorating, and arranging food and beverages.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.,Work closely with the event coordinator to ensure all event details are executed according to plan.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area throughout the event.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.,Assist in the cleanup and reset of the banquet area after the event.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and setup of event materials.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic event management software is a plus.,Good physical fitness and the ability to stand and work for extended periods.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
