📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.,Work efficiently and effectively to meet production targets and deadlines.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure consistent quality and service.,Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve the menu.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef in a similar role.,Proven track record of creating and executing successful menus.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Valid food handler's license or equivalent certification.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
