📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, inventory, and logistics.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage and train operational staff to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation and records.
  • Support the Operations Manager in strategic decision-making processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using operational management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
