📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to meet daily targets and quality standards.,Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient use of resources and materials.,Monitor production schedules and implement corrective actions to address any delays or issues.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Develop and implement improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance and safety.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning and control systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with quality management systems and safety protocols.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
