📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the store's inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Assist in the preparation and organization of merchandise for display.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions.,Participate in store promotions and special events to enhance customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or retail role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
