📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head waitress in managing the dining room and ensuring smooth operations.,Take orders from customers and deliver them accurately to the kitchen.,Ensure food and beverages are served promptly and in good condition.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Support the team in maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a waitress or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage services.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.,Ability to lift and carry objects up to 20 lbs.
