📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Schedule and assign drivers to vehicles based on operational needs.,Monitor vehicle maintenance and repair schedules, and ensure they are completed on time.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Track and report on vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and other performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
