PT Mandiri Mega is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage the company's fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in this field. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe working condition and meet all regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement strategies to reduce costs where possible.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate regular reports for management.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Train and supervise new drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
