We are looking for a dedicated General Affairs professional to join our team at City Central Sentosa in Nusa Dua, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining a high standard of service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general affairs, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and maintaining the physical facilities of the hotel, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.,Overseeing the operation of the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.,Coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to optimize usage and reduce waste.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.,Assisting in the development and implementation of facility management policies and procedures.,Providing support to other departments as needed to ensure seamless operations.,Maintaining accurate records and reports for facility management activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a general affairs or facility management role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of facility management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
