📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement best practices for project management across all international offices.
• Lead and mentor the Group PMO team, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align project management strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project management function.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating new insights into our project management practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Director of Project Management or equivalent role, with a minimum of 10 years in project management.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience in managing projects across multiple international locations.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
