Toko Citra Kitchen is looking for a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in their day-to-day operations. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and convenience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Support the finance team in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the company.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
