In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and purchase,Manage inventory and restocking,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records,Ensure the shop is clean and well-organized,Provide excellent customer service and handle any complaints,Assist with promotional activities and sales,Maintain a positive and professional demeanor,Participate in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic computer skills and inventory management software,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (2 days in office, 3 days remote),Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg),Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
