Hub Spot Unggul is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Officer to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. As a Junior Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department with various financial tasks and processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements.
  • Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
  • Conduct data entry and maintenance of financial records.
  • Support the preparation of bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial close activities.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team as required.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance financial knowledge and skills.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
