📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software troubleshooting.,Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document and maintain IT-related records and procedures.,Assist in the resolution of IT-related issues and incidents.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT-related matters.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Familiarity with common IT troubleshooting tools and techniques.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proactive and problem-solving attitude.,Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.,Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
