📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Perform and supervise a variety of laboratory tests to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians on laboratory procedures and safety measures.,Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to industry standards.,Prepare and maintain detailed records of test results and laboratory activities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.,Stay updated with the latest laboratory techniques and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in construction materials testing.,Proven experience in supervising and training laboratory staff.,Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and equipment calibration.,Familiarity with industry standards and quality control procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid certification in laboratory techniques and safety (preferred).
