📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline logistics processes.,Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators to achieve company goals.,Manage and maintain logistics equipment and vehicles.,Handle logistics-related customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing logistics operations and teams.,Strong understanding of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics industry and regulations.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving logistics vehicles.
