📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily sales operations to meet targets.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and restocking as needed.,Assist in the preparation and baking of bread and pastries.,Supervise and train junior sales assistants and cashiers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and cashier roles.,Proven track record in managing sales operations and meeting targets.,Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints.,Good knowledge of inventory management and restocking procedures.,Basic knowledge of baking procedures and equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and supervise junior staff.
