Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the office with a smile.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage the office calendar.,Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with office administration tasks as needed.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our team and clients.,Ensure the security and safety of the office premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
