One Seed Berjaya is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia with a stable internet connection.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Manage benefits administration and ensure compliance with benefit plans.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
