📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions and growth initiatives.,Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and control internal financial controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
