In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and documents.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to the relevant authorities.,Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide guidance and training.,Manage cash flow and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and manage the budget for the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
