📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and maintain campus facilities and assets, ensuring they are in good condition and meet safety standards.
• Oversee the budget for asset management, including procurement, maintenance, and disposal of assets.
• Lead and manage a team of asset management staff, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies related to asset management.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of campus facilities and assets.
• Develop and implement strategies for the efficient use and management of campus assets.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair services.
• Prepare and present regular reports on the status of campus assets and budget allocations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to asset management.
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
