Sehati Nanda Tea is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of products.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality and availability of raw materials.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Analyze and report on supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and customers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the supply chain.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain role, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with the tea industry is a plus.
