📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Gather and analyze market and customer feedback to inform product development.
  • Prioritize features and functionalities based on business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product objectives and outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management.
  • Report on product performance and progress to senior management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology company.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with product management tools and techniques.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
