Diamond Data Jaya is looking for a dedicated Telesales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and converting leads into sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services.,Follow up on leads to ensure they receive the necessary information.,Convert leads into sales by negotiating and closing deals.,Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.,Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall sales goals.,Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
