📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Identify training needs and design training materials.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the training budget and ensure that it is used effectively.
  • Provide reports on the progress and outcomes of training programs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in using training management software.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
  • Ability to travel within Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license.
