📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles from our premium lineup.
Drive sales by achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to enhance sales strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and team targets.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and ethical sales environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicle models, features, and market trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools.
