📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in daily restaurant operations, including food and beverage service
• Learn and apply inventory management techniques using software like QuickBooks or SAP
• Support staff training and development programs
• Assist in event planning and execution, including catering services
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring quality and consistency
• Learn and apply POS system operations, including training for staff
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of F&B strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and F&B service
• Basic knowledge of inventory management software (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Fluent in English, with basic knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia (preferred)
• Previous experience in a hospitality or F&B role is a plus
