As a BI Reporting Associate Manager (Power BI), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive BI solutions that support QBE's operational and strategic needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement Power BI reports and dashboards, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data. Your insights will help QBE make informed decisions, optimize processes, and enhance customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data used in BI reports and dashboards.
Optimize Power BI performance and ensure efficient data loading and transformation.
Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Power BI tools and reports.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in BI and Power BI technology.
Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery to meet business objectives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI processes and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI and reporting, with a focus on Power BI.
Proficient in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Report Builder.
Experience in data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and Power Query.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze complex data and present insights in a clear and concise manner.
Certification in Power BI (e.g., PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst) is a plus.
