As a Mobile Chicken Porridge Vendor in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you will be responsible for setting up your stall, preparing and serving bubur ayam, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve authentic bubur ayam with a variety of toppings and condiments.
• Set up and maintain your mobile food stall, ensuring it is clean and well-organized.
• Interact with customers, taking orders and providing excellent service.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Work efficiently to meet customer demand and maintain a steady flow of service.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports.
• Adapt to the dynamic nature of the mobile food service industry, including seasonal changes and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience in food service, preferably in a mobile or street food setting.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Indonesian cuisine, with a particular focus on bubur ayam.
• Ability to work long and irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Valid food handler's certification.
• Own transportation or ability to commute to various locations in Bali.
• Passion for traditional Indonesian street food and a commitment to quality.
