📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, providing insights to drive business decisions.
• Manage the company's cash flow, investments, and risk management.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and the board of directors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are a plus.
• Proficient in financial software, including QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
